In accordance with D. Lgs 05-22-99 n. 185 (consumer protection in the contracts concluded at distance), the customer dissatisfied may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days running from the day of receipt of the goods.

To exercise this right, the Customer must:

-Contact TDS Company Srl

telephone +39 0541 646882, or sending an e-mail to: info@tdscompany.it

-send a registered letter with return receipt to:

TDS company – via Portofino 2/C – 47838 Riccione (RN) Italy.

or, within the same period may:

-send a telegram or fax, provided they are however confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 48 hours.

The costs and risks of transport for the refund of the goods are to total load of the customer.

The returned goods not integrates in all its parts, including original packing, or without accessories and/or original equipment, or beyond, will be returned to the sender with contries of additioinal cost of transport or however will remain available to the customer or supplier's stores, and will not be refunded.

To obtain the reimbursement, the Customer must also return-within 10 days of receipt-the goods purchased, the stock of logistics of the supplier: K & K logistics Spa – via santarcangiolese, 6 – 47825 Torriana (FC) – Italy.

The supplier will escape the practices of reimbursement within 30 days of receipt of the communication with the customer understood withdraw, but not without first having verified the accuracy of all the conditions necessary to exercise the termination (communication within the period , the return of the goods in perfectly complements the forecast time).
