The customer agrees that the notification and the communications regarding all the on-line services (including those on the purchase orders), are made by the supplier in electronic format e-mail (e-mail box) and through web service, accept the full validity and waiver now expressly to repudiate the content of the declaration sent and/or received in electronic format.
